1. Files by Google

Files by Google is a file management app that helps you to share files offline. Developers have been constantly improving the app by adding useful features in every update. Recently they have introduced an in-built file sharing feature called MXShare in the app. Now you can easily share movies and songs with friends using this feature. You can open MXShare by taping on the transfer icon located on the top right side next to the search button in the app.

Feem is an offline chat and file sharing app. It has a very basic and simple UI. Feem supports sharing files between phone to phone as well as phone to computer. Feem doesn't require an active Internet connection, but the devices must be connected to the same WiFi router or hotspot. It also has a pro version which will unlock some additional features. The free version is enough for basic file sharing.
